Journal of Network Automation

About

The Journal of Network Automation is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and technical reports on all aspects of network automation. The journal aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of new research in network automation, to promote the exchange of ideas between researchers and practitioners, and to help advance the state of the art in network automation.

The journal welcomes the following types of contributions:

1. Original research articles
2. Extended Conference papers
3. Survey/Review articles, providing a comprehensive review on a scientific topic
4. Fast Communications: Short, self-contained articles on ongoing research, or reporting interesting, possibly tentative, ideas, or comments on previously published research
5. Technical Notes

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Network Automation is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and technical reports on all aspects of network automation. The journal aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of new research in network automation, to promote the exchange of ideas between researchers and practitioners, and to help advance the state of the art in network automation.

The scope of the Journal of Network Automation includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of research:

  • Network design and architecture for automation
  • Network programming and scripting
  • Network management and monitoring
  • Network security and compliance
  • Network performance and optimization
  • Network testing and verification
  • Cloud and virtualization automation
  • Industrial automation
  • AI driven network automation
Authors can consider submitting their original research papers, review articles, and short communications related to any of the above-listed areas of research. The journal encourages submissions that explore the challenges and opportunities in other topics related to network automation as well.
